About the Role

Your tasks will include building relationships with clients, administering medication, transporting them to appointments, and assisting in the implementation of programs designed for their development.


Daily Tasks
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Providing around-the-clock care to participants following a structured routine developed specifically for their needs.
  • Administering medication.
  • Transporting clients to and from school, day programs, and appointments.
  • Assisting in the implementation of programs designed for client development.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current NDIS Worker Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • National Police Check.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A vehicle that can transport upwards of 4 people.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Certificate of Completion: NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster.
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks.
  • Two professional references.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Diploma of Community Services.
  • Bachelor of Human Services.
  • Diploma level (or higher) qualification in a relevant field of study.
