Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of business, property, or asset management experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, asset management, or similar.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships and negotiate successful outcomes in a tenant-facing property management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of property practices and principles.
  • Business planning and financial skills, including budget development and business case development.
  • Ability to work effectively with a small internal team and manage large teams of external facilities management professionals.
