Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to ensure seamless employee transitions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including job profiles, benchmarking, and execution of annual and ad-hoc compensation adjustments.
  • Communicate and train employees on total rewards-related programs and processes.
  • Manage Workday HCM modules, including Compensation, Benefits, and Leave Management.
  • Leverage technology to streamline new employee experiences and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or compensation/benefits certifications preferred.

This role is responsible for key total rewards processes and daily functions of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal, local, and state employment laws, as well as general human resources policies and procedures.
