
Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our finance team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Undertake payroll processing, including calculations, payments, and reporting;
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all payroll transactions;
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll transactions, including gross pay, net pay, tax withholdings, and other deductions;
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies regarding payroll;
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular payroll reports to management and employees;
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to employees and management on payroll-related inquiries;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance) preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or a related field;
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
