Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests.
  • Support daily operations, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a proactive, solution-focused manner.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role, with strong team coordination and people management skills.
  • Strong background in hospitality, preferably within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm and professional approach, even during busy or challenging situations.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • High standard of personal presentation, aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
