Product Support Specialist

Cavpower is seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to manage key customer accounts across South Australia. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver tailored parts and service solutions, support maintenance planning, and drive product support campaigns that add real value.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction equipment and general maintenance requirements, as well as sales experience in parts, service, or product support. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of construction clients and understanding their equipment needs
  • Promoting parts, service, and rebuild support solutions
  • Identifying growth opportunities through market research and customer feedback
  • Maintaining accurate customer and equipment records using CRM tools
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to campaign execution
