Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Our restaurant is a high-volume, well-established venue on the Northern Beaches, known for its fresh coastal menu and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-output kitchens, with strong skills in seafood, grill, and modern coastal or Asian-inspired flavours. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a multicultural team, and developing seasonal menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-volume kitchen team with breakfast, à la carte, and function service
  • Oversee daily operations while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Guide a multicultural, multi-generational team with a calm and supportive approach
  • Manage prep flow, stock control, and seasonal menu development
  • Collaborate with ownership on creative dishes and special event menus
Requirements
