We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the company fleet of drivers and heavy vehicles. This includes contractor management, as well as developing strategies to improve internal and external customer experience.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Stapylton & West Burleigh, overseeing the South of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driver and fleet management, including recruitment, retention, incident investigations, and site inspections.
  • Evaluate equipment operation to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with environmental and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor driver behaviors and performance, adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and regulatory audits.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Allocations teams to optimize fleet output.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Transport and Logistics operations, particularly in Compliance Regulation (CoR).
  • A strong commitment to safety and the environment.
  • A superior customer focus.
  • Experience in management and leading teams.
