Efficient Service Provisioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Home Services team as an Efficient Service Provisioning Specialist.

A typical day for this role includes:

- Scheduling services for service workers to meet customer needs and worker availability
- Allocating work to care workers according to their skill set and geographical location
- Ensuring all services are covered and workers are fully utilised minimising overtime and downtime
- Rostering day to day urgent situations as they arise in a timely manner.
