**Job Title:** Finance ERP Business Analyst
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail organization as a finance ERP business analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our financial processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP implementations, strong analytical skills, and a background in finance. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement solutions using best practice principles.
You will be responsible for creating detailed business requirement documents, conducting gap analysis, and facilitating workshops with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the implementation of a new Core ERP system and collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures.
We are looking for a technical lead who can drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities. If you have experience with process improvement, automation, and finance transformation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and delivery
- Conduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future states
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignment
- Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation
- Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program
- Map and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future state
- Collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principles
- Act as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testing
- Drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and Netsuite
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Background in Finance and finance ERP projects
- Strong process improvement, automation, and finance transformation experience
