We are seeking a seasoned Activities Coordinator to bring joy and fulfillment to the lives of our residents in a leading Residential Aged Care Facility.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive in creating engaging activities that promote socialization and independence, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care plans tailored to individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement activity programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of residents.

2. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and volunteers to create a sense of community and belonging.

3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**

A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle is required, accompanied by at least 1 year of experience in lifestyle management and team leadership roles. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
