Regulatory Change Manager

Mercer is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change Manager to join their Operational Risk Governance team in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, or Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a strategic and integrated approach to risk and compliance activities across the Administration Operations team.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders at different levels and across various business units to shape how risk and controls are managed at Mercer Super and Operations.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met while helping the administration business navigate the impacts of regulatory and legislative changes.

What You Need:

  • Degree qualified with industry qualifications (i.e., DFP) and RG146 certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical services team or similar, with 7+ years' experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of APRA's prudential standards, ASIC regulatory guidance, and the legislative framework impacting the superannuation industry.
  • Well-developed technical skills in superannuation across retail, platform products, or master trusts.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
