Underground Training Specialist
As an Underground Training Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify training needs for underground mining operators and develop plans to address required competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of underground mining operators.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to ensure effective delivery and retention of information.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate operator performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in underground mining with a focus on training and development.
- Certification in training or adult education is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
