  • Previous experience in a similar role and understanding of the Employment Services sector
  • Insight and understanding into the significant barriers facing people living with a disability and long-term unemployment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent networking skills and willingness to conduct business development activities with local businesses and community organisations
  • The ability to mentor and coach jobseekers through the job search process
  • Demonstrated qualities of resilience, empathy, integrity and compassion
