Job Opportunity: Community Mental Health Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Mental Health Team Leader.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical leadership, monitoring and evaluation of clinical services to clients, their families and carers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring operational outcomes in relation to financial management, human resource management, operational targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • A registered nurse, social worker, occupational therapist or clinical psychologist with relevant registration
  • A postgraduate qualification in mental health or a specialist undergraduate mental health program for RPNs
  • Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the mental health field, including acute inpatient services and/or community mental health care
