About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Manager to join our Executive Office of the Chief Information Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving Technology & Operations' (T&O) executive governance, strategic priorities, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Executive Governance: Draft Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) papers, monitor T&O scorecard performance, and identify risks.
  • Drive Strategic Priorities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the Technology & Operations (T&O) vision.
  • Identify Transformational Opportunities: Proactively identify and define new performance and cost-saving opportunities for T&O.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Communication and Analysis: Create and present complex data and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial and analytical models to test hypotheses and measure impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in Management Consulting or Product/Corporate Strategy equivalent roles.
  • Financial Management: Deep experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting.
  • Operational and Financial Forecasting: Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modeling, analysis, and analytics.
  • Portfolio Project Tools: Good working knowledge of portfolio project tools and reporting.
  • Large Corporate Project Delivery: Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions.
