Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide support and care to individuals in their own homes, making a positive impact on their lives.

This is a casual position that offers flexibility and variety. You will work with clients who require support with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. Your role will involve working independently, but also being part of a supportive team that values collaboration and teamwork.

  • Hold a current Driver's License - C class
  • Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be able to obtain)
  • Have a Current First Aid Certificate
  • Hold a Working with Children's Check (or be able to obtain)
  • Personal Care experience highly regarded.

Preferred Attributes:

  • A Certificate III qualification or relevant Disability or Aged Care experience (not essential)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good energy, enthusiasm, and passion for supporting others
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your approach
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries
