Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Geelong. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting.

Key responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers. You will be working in a fortnightly roster, covering Week 1/ Week 2 shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen desire to enhance a positive workplace atmosphere. Essential qualifications include:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
