The Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering direct personal care and domestic assistance to our clients, alongside social support and transportation services as required.

  • Providing personal care, including assisting clients with showering, grooming, and mobility needs
  • Traveling between clients' homes to provide care and support
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Observing clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral status, and reporting any observations or concerns
  • Ensuring clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and individual needs are respected in all aspects of care and daily living
About You

We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about their work and dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability), or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Previous experience in a home care setting or in providing domestic support (desirable)
