Senior Electrical Project Technical Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Technical Lead to join our Brisbane Buildings team. This is a full-time role that requires a blend of technical excellence, business development, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business development opportunities across a diverse portfolio of building projects.

This senior member of our multi-disciplinary team will lead client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

A key aspect of the role will be to assist with business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, the successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.

The role also requires strong technical knowledge in Electrical Building Services, including LV power systems and lighting design, with proficiency in tools such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this position.

Beyond the core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
