The Sarina Russo Group is a leading provider of education, training, and job creation services. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Coach/Facilitator to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and facilitate the EST program to create real opportunities for our participants.
  • Assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence, and engage with technology to enhance employability.
  • Network with potential employers and build relationships to promote our clients' skills and abilities.
  • Confidently promote the program to Employment Service providers and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize technology to support program delivery and participant engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in coaching or facilitating is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of participants and the program.
  • Proficient in using technology to support program delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
