The Role

You will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customizing High-Fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci.

You will work with our training team and in-store mentors to provide world-class service and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customize High-Fashion frames to meet customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Retail experience - optical desired but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner
  • Passion to help others see the beauty in life
