Technical Lead - Data Forensics | Multiple locations

We're seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our Data Forensics team, responsible for developing and supporting Data Technology forensic analysis requests to enable and drive insight generation of breaches, regulatory compliance, and effective decision making.

About the Role

  • Support the team and ensure technical knowledge and capabilities are in place to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and support Data Technology forensic analysis requests to enable and drive insight generation of breaches, regulatory compliance, and effective decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement regarding existing processes and practices.
  • Engage and collaborate with business divisions and technology teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions to meet identified enterprise and division needs.
  • Identify and analyse emerging trends in data technology to provide input for upcoming development and enhancement initiatives.

About You

  • Extensive experience in data analysis (SQL or Python).
  • Experience working in forensics or within the insurance industry would be desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach in delivering solutions and communicating updates to the broader team.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
