Data Analysis Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Forensic Data Analytics initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing financial crime issues through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in business analysis, data investigation, and modeling. A proven track record of leading small teams and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing data models to identify and quantify financial crime risks
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to understand business requirements
- Conducting testing and providing guidance to junior team members
- Documenting results and preparing working papers and reports
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, or Excel data models
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing small teams
- Excellent project management skills
