Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Nurse Coordinator to join our Integrated Care Service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate external outpatient services, support and navigate the care of respiratory patients during custody and following release.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have:

- A current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia">
- Possess relevant post-registration qualifications in Respiratory Nursing with a minimum of three years' full-time experience working in the clinical specialty">
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience in the assessment and management of respiratory patients' health needs including psychosocial care">
- High-level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills">
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice in respiratory nursing">
- A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive/travel state-wide as required">
