Windows Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Windows Specialist to lead our 6-month Windows 10 rollout project. This opportunity involves rolling out hardware deployment, managing deliveries, and preparing installations on new laptops and computers.

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced professional to work on a dynamic project and develop their skills as a Windows Generalist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to communicate clearly, and provide second-level support with Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, and some Intune.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in SCCM imaging with Windows 10
  • Strong experience rolling out Windows 10
  • Experience with high-volume deployment projects
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (face to face and written)
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Strong SCCM experience
  • Strong experience in level 2 support across Windows Systems
  • Strong Microsoft windows experience
  • Strong asset management skills
  • Strong experience with Active Directory and group policy
