Windows Lifecycle Expert and Application Packaging Specialist

We are seeking an expert in enterprise windows lifecycle, application packaging and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining SOE processes with strong alignment to security standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build custom SOEs using MECM/SCCM & Intune for hybrid and cloud environments.
- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of Windows 11 SOEs with a focus on robust detection, rollback and version control.
- Package, test and maintain MSI/MSIX/App-V applications with a strong understanding of software distribution, compliance and patch orchestration.
Other responsibilities include managing hardware evaluation, integration and ongoing compatibility as well as administering Windows Update for Business policies and feature/update rings.
Requirements:- Expertise in MECM/SCCM, Intune (hybrid and full cloud), Autopilot, AVD/FSLogix and PowerShell automation.
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy setup in Intune, hybrid Intune environments and policy migration.
- Experience in government/regulated environments with a focus on ISM/PSPF/E8 alignment.
- Clear documentation skills, ITIL-aligned change/release processes and strong stakeholder communication.
Additionally, experience in mobile device and certificate management is desirable. Certifications such as MD-102, AZ-140 and ITIL v4 Foundation are also preferred.
