Signature Care presents a compelling opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care in response to significant industry change.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Documentation Specialist to oversee ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements at our state-of-the-art residence based in Wagga Wagga.

The ideal candidate will possess current unrestricted AHPRA (RN) registration, 2 years recent experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role, and comprehensive working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model. Additionally, they should have excellent documentation skills and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships, sound computer skills, and proficiency using a clinical documentation system.
