Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales goals and support team KPIs by delivering results-driven sales strategies
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, ensuring an engaging shopping experience
  • Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and retail, with a drive to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Great communication skills and a team-first mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively towards common goals
  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and major shopping events
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience, although not essential, is highly desirable
