Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals to support our Canberra store team across the Festive Season. As a Sales Ambassador, you will embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.

  • You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
  • You will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING STORE TEAMS: Ensure our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers.
  • PROCESSING SALES: Process sales and maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements:
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Retail Experience: No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
