Bellwether seeks experienced professionals to lead and manage projects across the SEQ region, overseeing the delivery of road and bridge projects.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time and within budget, providing specialist advice to senior management, and monitoring project progress. They will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, conduct site inspections, and prepare project reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior management on project-related matters.
  • Track and report on project progress, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, highlighting successes and challenges.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing transport infrastructure projects.
  • RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable.
