Key Responsibilities

The Resolution Officer plays a crucial role in managing customer feedback and complaint processes.

This involves working closely with managers and stakeholders to foster compliance with quality standards, improve service delivery, and promote awareness about customer rights and responsibilities.

Essential tasks include drafting high-quality responses for internal and external stakeholders, providing support in conflict resolution and negotiation, and investigating issues with strong analytical abilities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and producing concise reports and correspondence.

Key skills required for this role include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build trust and cooperation, and proven problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time contract role requiring some out of hours work during peak periods and possible intrastate/interstate travel and overnight absences.
