The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for grid modernization in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on the integration of renewable energy sources and the enhancement of grid connectivity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating multi-year strategies and implementation plans for ANZ grid modernization, prioritizing key areas of focus.
  • Identifying and addressing capability gaps within the organization to support growth objectives, working closely with regional leaders and internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Engaging with global experts in grid modernization to leverage best practices, share knowledge and drive collective progress.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, collaborating to achieve shared goals and objectives.
