You will work remotely, travelling to clients' homes or workplaces, or online. You are equipped with a phone and tablet for administrative tasks and must follow all relevant policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide therapeutic sessions across the lifespan.
  • Select and administer assessment tools and formulate intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families, employers, organisations, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
  • Participate in supervision and professional development.
  • Comply with court attendance requests if required.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Related qualification in counselling, psychology, social work, or community support.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, to cater to a diverse audience.
  • Sound technical skills and knowledge of IT systems for case management and reporting requirements.
  • Efficient time management, task prioritization, and productivity.
  • Accurate record-keeping and calmness in mental health emergencies.
  • Sound judgement and confidentiality maintenance.
  • Professional conduct, critical analysis, and applied knowledge.
