We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of creatives and developers in building next-generation slot games.

This role bridges the gap between art and engineering—bringing visual designs to life while optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration of art assets in a real-time gaming environment.

You will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of our games, supporting artists and developers through pipeline development, tool creation, asset integration, and visual polish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects.
  2. Work closely with engineers and artists to ensure product meets look-and-feel and performance requirements.
  3. Identify, solve technical issues related to the art pipeline.
  4. Provide artists with technical feedback to ensure the creation of optimized assets.
  5. Document and evangelize best practices.
  6. Create tools and scripts to optimize Unity workflow.
  7. Profile and debug game performance to identify areas that need optimization.
  8. Optimize software and art.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in game development.
  • Familiarity with versioning software such as Perforce, CVS, or Alien Brain.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animations.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of game engines and UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects with minimal direction.
