Senior Clinician

The Senior Clinician is a key leadership role within our correctional services team, responsible for the management and supervision of a diverse team of clinical professionals. This role requires a strong clinical background, with experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, as well as a proven track record of delivering effective rehabilitation and reintegration programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing clinical supervision, guidance, and mentoring.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation and reintegration programs, working closely with prisoners and their families.
- Collaborate with cross-agency stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Provide high-quality clinical reports and documentation, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage performance expectations, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- A comprehensive induction program, including training and development opportunities.
- Exposure to leading experts in research and forensic work, with opportunities to participate in research evaluations.
- Funded Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration or professional association membership.
- Development and training opportunities, including study leave and 482 Visa Sponsorship.
- Relocation support available up to AUD$10k for eligible candidates.
