  • Empathy and affinity with vulnerable populations.
  • Understanding of the distinctions between religion and spirituality.
  • Familiarity with various faith traditions, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of basic computer skills.
