Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct research and development of new technologies
  • Provide ongoing support and training to other professionals
  • Contribute to architectural design and solution discussions
  • Identify customer service trends and problems to implement appropriate solutions
Operational Management

You will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code to ensure output meets business requirements. You will work closely with IT, Customer Service, and Production teams for timely and accurate delivery of outputs to clients.

Ensure project deliveries meet agreed timeframes and quality parameters, producing high-quality communications across digital and print media.

People Leadership

As a people leader, you will actively develop team members' performance, set goals, and develop clear plans to achieve their personal goals and overall business objectives.

Provide regular feedback, recognition, coaching, and direction to enhance performance and growth, realigning goals with changing business priorities.

  • Experience with the Quadient Inspire Platform, specifically Inspire Designer, Automation (or Scaler), and Inspire Content Manager
