Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our organization. This role will focus on delivering high-quality data and business intelligence solutions to our Farming group.

As part of our Blue Ag-Tech transformation, you will help define, build, and operate our comprehensive Data and Business Intelligence suite of products, working closely with both our Farming team and IT Data & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data warehouses and reporting tools
  • Develop data visualisation tools using Power BI and Tableau
  • Work directly with our farming & operations teams to provide actionable decision-making tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in breaking down complex problems and projects in a fast-changing environment
- Technical business analysis skills
- Some knowledge of development processes & source control
