About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our quantitative division as a Quantitative Research Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to a continuous stream of tracking and ad-hoc projects, developing strong client relationships, and managing the day-to-day running of smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to a continuous stream of tracking and ad-hoc projects
Develop strong client relationships and immerse yourself in their business
Manage the day-to-day running of smaller projects
Design quantitative surveys, scripting surveys, and project management
Data analysis (SPSS/Q) and manage online communities
Exposure to qual groups and depths
Translate data into clear stories, solutions, and recommendations
Craft insightful reports, bringing data to life through storytelling and visualisation

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial agency experience in research/strategy
Knowledge of the end-to-end research cycle
Quantitative research experience – survey design, data analysis, and reporting
Technical capabilities using SPSS/Q
An eye for detail and the ability to juggle deadlines
Genuine desire to elevate and stretch your research skills and progress your career
