Job Summary

This high-level role is a critical component of our senior leadership team. As an Executive Business Partner, you will work closely with the CEO to drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule and operational logistics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Advise the CEO and senior management team on various matters, facilitating effective decision-making across the organisation.
  • Build and manage a team, overseeing executive and office-team operations, and drive company cadence through scheduling and agendas.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-10 years' experience as EA/Executive Business Partner
  • Start-up experience and hypergrowth company background are advantageous
  • Strong people management, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, curious, and willing to take measured risks
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and able to learn new software quickly
  • Focused on results and outcomes
