About This Role:

The Customer Value Management (CVM) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with the CVM Team Lead to implement strategic communication plans that drive client lifetime value and conversion rates across various channels. This involves compiling regular reports on campaign performance, as well as contributing ideas for CVM-related campaigns and initiatives.

To achieve this goal, the specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute agreed-upon communication tasks, including marketing sends, service communications, and legal notifications. They will also collaborate with Sales and Relationship managers to identify key journey implementation priorities and work with regional and central Marketing teams to develop and deliver required assets for CVM campaigns.

In terms of qualifications, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in E-commerce or Finance, fluency in English and Japanese or Chinese, and at least 1 year of experience working in E-commerce companies utilizing Salesforce/SMS/LINE. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
