We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kairros, a company that champions equality and delivers a unique service model built around supporting and embracing diversity.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team, working with and supporting people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace or via a motor vehicle accident.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing clients\u2019 needs and providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure a safe and sustainable recovery from their injuries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualifications and relevant registration in Occupational Therapy
  • Strong OT-related clinical assessment skills
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
