Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their goals
- Design and implement intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
- Identify barriers and develop programs to support clients in achieving maximal work participation
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle)
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
