About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at LiveBig, a specialist allied health provider delivering therapy and assessment services for individuals with disability.

As an Occupational Therapist with LiveBig, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, providing high-quality clinical supports in home or community settings such as schools and group homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations within the scope of your clinical discipline.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with individuals with disability, preferably in a community services setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer and mobile devices, and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
