As an educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of young children. Our preschool program is designed to foster a love of learning, while providing high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional education and care to children, aligning with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
- Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework, ensuring a tailored approach to each child's needs.
- Establish positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members, promoting inclusivity and empathy.
- Cultivate engaging play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- A Diploma in Children Services (essential).
- Previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
- Effective communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues, families, and community members.
- Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
