As a Property Manager in our Asset Management Services Team, you will play a critical role in supporting key clients and achieving set objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support the team with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.
- Coding of invoices, and financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
- Raise Purchase Orders as required
- Arrears Management
- Raise Sundry charges as required
- Undertake fixed, CPI and assist with market rent reviews.
- Lease maintenance to ensure information is up to date and correct.
- Monthly tenant reporting which will include, general issues, maintenance issues, upcoming works, relevant schedules, and arrears recommendations.
- Monitoring and following up on any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works, and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.

About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar property role.
- A relevant degree, such as Bachelor of Business (Property).
- A valid and current Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
