Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our commercial property team. In this role, you will utilize your creative flair for marketing and real estate passion to elevate our branding efforts.

This is a full-time position in a collaborative culture that values excellence in sales, leasing, and property management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design digital and print assets, including brochures, signage, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas to life visually.
  • Manage online listings and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Design digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Website management and monitoring (Squarespace experience beneficial).
  • Client CRM database management and administrative support.
Requirements
  • Strong creative skills with hands-on marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A background in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to help us achieve our goals.
