About the Role

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our animated film projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems and processes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide administrative support to the production team
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of production coordination experience in animated film/episodic
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient and empathetic nature while dealing with artistic personalities
  • High level organizational skills
  • Experience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets
