Job Summary

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operations of a network across an East division, aiming to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

The incumbent will supervise team leaders to ensure local operations align with a strategic vision and approach to integrated practice.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance consistency in operations across the region, focusing on improving services for at-risk groups.
  • Pursue high-level discussions and collaborations with government departments, service providers, and other stakeholders to drive organisational interests.
  • Provide authoritative advice and briefings to senior management and external parties, aligning with policy directions.
